The Partita(BWV 1013) which takes the form of a suite of four dances, has been given the title “partita” by its modern editors; it is sometimes transposed for oboe and recorder.

Johann Sebastian Bach(31 March[21 March]1685 28 July 1750) was a German composer and musician of the late Baroque period.
